Rotary Unions for Vacuum Applications
Rotary Union for vacuum also known as rotary joint is a rotating sealing device that links rotating equipment to stationary piping for the transfer of air and vacuum. Rotary unions for vacuum applications are low speed air and vacuum unions, proficient of high-pressure duties at low rotational speeds. The rotor shaft is reinforced with a pair of iolite bearings. Sealing is accomplished with a pair of O-rings and back-up rings positioned in place by a compression spring.
