Dual Flow Rotary Union Supplier
The Dual Flow Rotary Union has a dual option with a choice of plain cylindrical carbon bearings, and ball bearings. The single flow rotary joints are capable to meet general purpose application that requires fluid transfer.
Working Principle of Dual Flow Rotary Unions
In Dual Flow Rotary Union, the supply and return lines are connected on the same side of the cylinder and stationary is within the Siphon pipe. The joints permit return and supply via the same union. Dual Flow Rotary Union is available in high speed configurations and high pressure for different media such as water, thermal oil, hot water, etc. In addition, Dual Flow Rotary Union has 2-Passage rotating joints for different media, have self-supporting rotating joints, and are wear resistant for smooth operation. For clamping and unclamping, two independent passages are present for applications. A self-supporting rotary seal is used for transferring different media from rotating machinery. It is standardized for fixed pipe for dual flow construction.
